Reservation & Agency Commission
You could reserve a house in Sunrise Garden Complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 EUR, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

Bulgarian Properties charges no agency commission for Sunrise Garden development.

The houses come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. You will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land. Our lawyers will help you set up the company and will do all the necessary procedures to obtain the property on your behalf. Payment plan
• 2000 EUR non-refundable deposit upon reserving the house
• 10% of the price when signing the preliminary contract (the 2000 EUR deposit will be deducted from this installment amount at that time)
• 40% of the price within two weeks after signing of the preliminary contract
• 40% of the price upon completion of the inside finishing works
• 10% of the price upon full completion and receiving of Notary Assignment 16 (approximately end of August 2008)
